Ticketing – Making new booking for the passengers over the phone and email, helping for next flight for those who missed flight.
Counters – Checking the passengers on flight with baggage’s & issuing the Boarding pass for the sector.
Boarding Gates – Boarding the passengers with ground time, making announcement for the boarding, make sure no wrong passenger board the flight & given the finals of the flight on time also print documents for crew for onboard requirement.
Arrivals – Make sure all bags are arrived on time, passengers are assisted with all kind of service, take complain if passengers bags are damaged / missing or exchanged.
Documents – Print Pre & Finals Passengers details & distribute to Immigration \ Customs & Health team before flight arrives.
Information – Checking for all International passengers if any refused passengers or direct transfer & letter will be given before flight lands at station.
