Responsible for Export Documentation & Inventory Management

• Tele Marketing - Advising customers with sailing schedules, services, Freight Rates, circulars & Trade notices etc. as and when required
• Maintaining Customer Data Base & Interact with customers to get suitable information of shipment.
• Issuing Export Delivery Orders, allotting export worthy containers on FIFO basis.
• Every day tracking of containers for vessel planning & On-board confirmations for subject vessels.
• Follow up with CHA's & shippers for required documents & Shipping instruction for B/L process
• Booking closing & arrange for BL process
• Have End to End-to-end knowledge in Export documentation such as Preparing Bill of Lading by checking the exporting countries specific requirements & Process BL
• Providing Debit & credit Notes to customers & follow up for payments from outstanding customer & matching the payments against customer invoices.
• Interacting with overseas offices regarding nomination shipments and providing them with shipment details.
• Resolving customers' issues and queries through E-mails & calls.
• Preparation of Daily cheque deposit details, Daily Booking report, Daily movement details, equipment status and reporting to principals & HO on daily/weekly & monthly basis
• Sending and maintaining updated schedule to all customers as and when required
• All system updates, Manifest Entry, sending Manifest EDI to Principals & Discharge Port Agents.

• In Sea Export – Checklist, Booking, SI, VGM, Form 13 both manual and Online follow s up
• In Air Export – Checklist, AWB booking, checking AWB Draft and competitive rate analyzing
• In Sea Import – IGM, Inward, Checklist, CFS Nomination, BOE filing and Liner DO Process.
• In Air Import- IGM, Inward, Checklist, IGM, Airline DO follows up.
• Co-ordinating with local transport for Import and Export Goods
• Invoice rising, Bills submission and Payments follow up as per aging details with the clients.
• Handling Export and Import Documents

• Month end report to be prepared and submitted to finance team and CnF team for their reference.
• Check the complaint registers / customers feedback and make the team work accordingly.
• Preparing weekly report and taking the acknowledgement from the authorized person.
• Handling Booking, BL drafts and Invoice follow up.
