- Lead/manage all types of Contingent workforce/ contractual, permanent/full-time positions serving throughout the US provinces
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Managed Service Provider (MSP)/ Vendor Management System (VMS) and direct clients' recruitment process for many years

- Keeping a regular touch base with the prospective candidate and getting a regular follow-up with the clients for them and the post-interview follow-ups
- Additionally, ensure smooth client delivery by overseeing end-to-end coordination with candidates and clients, fostering strong relationships and efficient processes
- Managing recruitment teams to achieve their target regularly in terms of understanding to submit quality resumes on the requisition and helping them to achieve their monthly placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment requirements by attending supplier calls to serve them the best quality resumes
