Working on Smart Inspection System (DEEPSIGHT) and DEEPCLEAN projects in the IIoT and Reverse Logistics domains. DEEPSIGHT is a patented Robotic 3D vision system designed to capture multiple images from all sides of a product, including automatic flipping and image capturing. The system provides fast and accurate detection, measurement, and analysis of surface defects such as scratches, digs, dents, and cracks on exterior surfaces of smart devices using a flexible and adaptive Deep Learning algorithm for cosmetic inspection and grading.

Processed images reveal flaws via color-coding highlights superimposed on raw images. Grading data is stored in the cloud and electronically integrated with other supply chain management systems and warehouse automation. DEEPCLEAN provides a robust inspection and cleaning system, giving end-users accuracy and flexibility in cleaning operations.

Fitted in a compact housing, it is an entirely automated, deep learning-based robot that communicates through ethernet. Phones with smudges or patches may result in incorrect cosmetic grading; DEEPCLEAN automates this process at the speed of one device per minute.
