Working as a lead engineer in VOITH paper technology Kolkata as a Process service engineer specifically commissioning and startup of new machine with optimization of quality as well as troubleshooting.

• Successfully Commissioned and start-up of FOUR headboxes and optimized further at different sites.
• Optimized machines with different targets like ITC Tribeni PM1 & PM4, APL KA3, JK Sonagdh BM4, Khanna PM4 & PM5, ITC BCM PM6, PPPL PM2.
• Help sales team to generate leads with the technical discussion.

• Working as Shift In charge for paper machine and stock preparation involved in shift activity for maintaining line productivity with quality, Manpower handling, Coordination with cross functional department. Maintaining the machine clothing, chemicals and spares parts stocks and consumption records.
• Review of production & down time and preparing down time analysis repots.
• Optimization of process parameters for improving productivity and reducing production cost.
• Planning & executing the machine plant shutdown with engineering team.
• Updating of IMS documents and HIRA records and facing ISO audits of process department as coordinator
