M.Sc. Data Science graduate (FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg) moving into product management. Ran user research and wrote a PRD for a Zomato solo-diner meal concept, tore down the Ultra investing app and prototyped an after-hours support assistant, and analysed 472,871 e-commerce sessions in SQL and Python, including an A/B test (45.1% to 62.1%, p < 0.001).

Three years of delivery and fulfilment work in Germany, alongside my M.Sc., give me first-hand knowledge of food-delivery and quick-commerce products.

Volunteer (AppSheet app) at Isha Foundation (2025-06 – 2026-03)

• Improved AppSheet workflows used by 15 staff to manage data for 1,150+ participants; found operational flaws in the existing flow and shipped targeted fixes with the staff who used it.

Outbound parcel handling at Amazon fulfilment centre (2024-11 – 2025-05)

• Dispatched about 3,000 parcels a day against 8-hour delivery cut-offs at 99% accuracy.

Delivery and customer-service roles at Delivery and customer-service roles (Lieferando, McDonald's, Flink) (2021-12 – 2024-11)

• Lieferando: handled up to 100 customer and rider queries per shift; helped keep on-time delivery above 90%.
• McDonald's: weekly stock counts matched to daily demand.
• Flink: last-mile quick-commerce delivery.
