• Conducted audit procedures over Borrowings exceeding ₹30,000 crores, Cash & Bank balances exceeding ₹18,500 crores, Payroll of approximately ₹1,000 crores, Direct Tax, Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE) of over ₹700 crores, and Expenses exceeding ₹650 crore
• Tested and evaluated 25+ internal Controls, identifying control gaps, and recommended process improvements to strengthen and enhance the overall risk management framework
• Performed impact assessment on the new labour Codes, evaluating implication over payroll cost while supporting management in identifying key compliance and accounting considerations
• Performed analytical reviews of Financial Statement captions, leveraging MoM, QoQ and YoY variance analysis to identify trends, unusual fluctuations and business performance
• Evaluated disclosures such as EPS, maturity analysis, ratios, capital commitments, RPT, CSR etc ensuring compliance with Ind-AS, Companies act and other regulatory requirements
• Performed audit procedures over cross-charge transactions exceeding ₹500 crores, focusing on cost allocations, income recognition and reconciliation across group entities
• Conducted audit procedure over revenue from commission, gaining an understanding of IPO distribution income, commission structures, and the related revenue recognition process
• Prepared equity valuation working papers using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and H-Model to assess and verify the fair value of equity shares for the purpose of ESOP valuation
• Identified and resolved misstatement amounting to 4-6 crores in the Financial Statements, enhancing reporting accuracy
