- Check incoming construction materials (cement, steel, electricals, plumbing items, etc.)
- Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in ERP/SAP systems
- Maintain stock records in ERP
- Track inward/outward material movement
- Monitor minimum stock levels and avoid shortages
- Control wastage and pilferage
- Issue materials to engineers/site supervisors as per approved requisitions

- Generate stock and consumption reports
- Maintain data accuracy in the ERP system
- Conduct physical stock verification
- Compare physical stock with ERP records
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them
- Follow up with purchase department for pending materials
- Coordinate invoice processing with accounts
- Vendor documentation and payment follow-up
- Prepare reports such as : Daily stock report :Material consumption report Slow-moving stock report
- Shortage/excess report: Monthly inventory valuation.
