• Acting as a area in-charge of GCP, SGP, PUMP HOUSE.
• GCP operation:
• Monitoring of gas cleaning plant equipment & Maintain daily report or log book on daily basis.
• Monitoring Specific water consumption on daily basis & maintaining records.
• Minimize dust emission.
• Maintain good area housekeeping.
• Preparation of Shutdown (shutdown jobs, manpower & resource planning etc).
• Co-ordination with Mechanical & Electrical dept for solving various problems of area.
• Budget Estimation:
• Maintaining records of Spare & consumables (chemical stock, diesel stock, filter press clothes & other spares) through SAP.
• Safety & Environment Orientation:
• Identifies any Gas Hazards of respected area and safety observation & near miss reports to the Safety officer or Section head.
