04 weeks industrial training done in rolling stock department at shastri park depot, involved in following key accountabilities related to general overview and preventive maintenance learning of rolling stock of Rotem (RS1) trains.

• Introduction of electronic lab and its working, repairing and testing of cards of different equipment of train
• Preventive maintenance and Service checks at different interval and at different mileage
• Different system awareness i.e. bogie, coupler, gangway, structure, door, pantograph, train control management system (TIMS) and HMI
• Safety awareness - proper use of PPE while working in train, different machine and plant in depot

Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) - Assembly, Test & Paint (ATP) - Cummins India Pvt Ltd - Phaltan, Maharashtra Pune

• Assembled ISB6.7, QSB6.7, and ISL9 engine platforms by interpreting technical drawings and using hydraulic torque tools to achieve exact torque and angle requirements
• Conducted cold and hot testing of engines in the test cells, including leak detection, RPM stability, and oil pressure checks under supervision
• Supported paint booth operations, including surface preparation, masking, and final painting, following company-defined process parameters for durability and finish quality
• Performed basic quality checks using go/no-go gauges, digital torque tools, and visual inspection techniques; escalated non-conformities via standard reporting protocols. Ensured compliance with EHS standards, practiced 5S on the shop floor, and performed routine tool calibration checks
