Handling plants like Product-A which includes Pentyl Endo Plant (Continuous Plant), 4-system plant (Batch Plant), Hydrogen Plant (Batch Plant), MPCP-2 Plant (Batch Plant).

- Handling of Mancozab Reaction in D-14 Stage in IndoFil Chemicals Company
- Handling of Spray Dryer (SPD), Rotry Vacuum Dryer(RVD),Rotry cooler, Blander in M/S IndoFil Chemicals Company
- Running computer production including processes, equipment and direction of instrumentations and controls for all the system specified 160 control logic on Allen Breadley
- Also documentation and maintaining plant records of instrumentation calibration records, equipment manuals, parts, preventive maintenance schedule

DCS Operator & Panel Operator (Production Dept.) at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (2014-12-15 – 2016-04-15)
GFL is a continuous process plant producing Tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) monomer at a rated capacity of 6000 TPA. TFE is converted in to the Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in PTFE plant, which is run at the rated capacity of 5500 TPA. Technology of manufacturing TFE/PTFE plant is taken from HAOHUA ENGINEERING CO. LTD, (CHINA). A technology transfer with contractor JIANGSU OVERSEAS GROUP CORP. (CHINA).
- Plant Study: Studied TFE Plant Process, Process flow diagram, P&Id, Process Safety, Equipment drawings, Equipment Layout, Piping layout
- Project Execution: Equipment erection is carried out as per specification and erection personnel complying safety norms. Monitored erection of Furnace, Quencher, Graphite condensers, Distillation columns, Absorption columns, Silica Gel Dryers, Polymerization reactor, Bullet Tanks, Storage tanks, Compressors etc. Carried out installation of random & structured packing in distillation columns and installation of other internals in static equipments
- Piping: Monitored PIPING ERRECTION as per P&Id, Piping layout drawing & Piping Isometrics. Suggested modifications in piping layout for ease of operation. Carried out loop check, Pipe testing, Pipe flushing and Final box-up of piping loops
- Instrumentation: Tracked installation of instruments, tubing and Junction box. Tracked loop checking from HIS to Field Instruments and Control Valve stroking
- Packages commissioning: Carried out erection & commissioning of Refrigeration Plant-York (-5°C, -15°C, -35°C, -50°C). Carry out Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Brine System (-5°C, -15°C, -35°C, -50°C). Flushed Cooling water supply & return line and carried of circulation of passivation chemicals solution in flushed loops. Coordinated with Common Utility Plant for commissioning of various utilities like Process water, Plant Air, Instrument Air, Natural Gas & Steam (12 kg/cm2)
- Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up: Carried out system (Equipments, piping) Leak test, Flushing and De-oxidation. Carried out DYNAMIC RUN through entire system with R22. Carried out water circulation trial for pumps
- Procedures: Filling of Functional Test Certificate for equipment erection, No load trial of motors, piping testing, flushing & final box up
- Production: Operational knowledge of DCS (CS 3000 YOKOGAWA). Operational knowledge of Furnace, Compressor, Distillation columns through field as well DCS. Process Troubleshooting, DCS Process control. Continuous production of Tetrafluoroethylene at the rated capacity of 20 TPD
