- Procurement: Planning & Priorities to procure the materials from various customers, including KAM, GRM, Solvents, etc. to the Purchase, RMS & Engineering stores etc.
- Oversee the Truck transportation such as Tankers for all type of Solvents, dedicated vehicles and close monitoring on temperature vehicles and data logger's vehicles.
- Maintain performance metrics and reports to provide logistics information as a means of measuring and evaluating. Build strong local logistics competencies and ensure targeted level of turnover.
- Vendor management, ensure the truck placement, dispatches, and monitoring transporter performance. Track and trace the shipments, end to end order status from suppliers to pickup and delivery. Providing updates for internal teams.
- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop the presentations to help of the management decisions.
- Assist in the selection of carriers for DG and Non DG material transportation as per MSDS with the help of EHS and keep all appropriate documents and service level agreements.
