IPQA (Injectable) Department - Monitor and ensure the quality of injectable products during the manufacturing process with exposure to WHO Audit, EU GMP Audit, and Client Audit.

• Monitor and ensure the quality of injectable products during the manufacturing process.
• Perform in-process checks at different stages of production, Manufacturing, filtration, filling, and packaging of injectable product.
• Giving line clearance during batch activity.
• Checking the specimen proof of area cleaning, label updated at the start and end of the batch and withdrawing samples during batch activity.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review and verify BMR, BPR, Validation protocol cum reports and logbooks for ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain proper documentation of IPQA activities, including sampling, testing, and inspection results.
• Perform visual inspections of injectable products to check for defects, particulates, and any discrepancy.
• Conduct in-process sampling and testing and coordinate with quality control department for any required testing.
• APQR Data Compilation, Report preparation, review of APQR report.
