Vishnu Priya

I am Vishnu Priya, an enthusiastic graduate in Information Science and Engineering from SJC Institute of Technology (VTU), with a strong passion for developing efficient, user-centric web applications. I possess practical experience in full-stack development, primarily utilising the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). My portfolio includes the creation of a Travel Discovery and Planning Platform, as well as a To-Do Application (Kanban Board), where I implemented secure authentication, RESTful APIs, and a responsive user interface design.

I take pleasure in transforming ideas into scalable, maintainable, and visually appealing digital solutions. Throughout my journey, I have enhanced my skills in frontend frameworks, backend development, database management, and version control, with a particular interest in writing clean, optimised code and acquiring knowledge of modern web technologies. I am eager to contribute to dynamic technological environments, where I can develop professionally, collaborate with dedicated teams, and continue exploring innovative problem-solving methodologies.

As a recent Information Science and Engineering graduate, I have gained hands-on experience through academic and personal projects that demonstrate strong problem-solving and technical abilities. I specialize in the MERN stack, developing secure, responsive, and scalable web applications with clean and efficient design principles.

My project work includes designing RESTful APIs, implementing authentication and authorization systems, managing databases, and creating intuitive user interfaces. I’m proficient with tools like Git, GitHub, and VS Code, and follow best practices in version control and collaborative development.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Engineering from SJC Institute of Technology (VTU), with a CGPA of 8.11.

Throughout my academic journey (2021–2025), I built a strong foundation in software development, database management, and web technologies, while applying theoretical knowledge through hands-on projects and collaborative work.
