• As I involved in the each and every step of the hiring process like reviewing resumes and applications, selecting interviews, conducting interviews of the MBA Professional candidates based on their talent and long-term high potentials for the job description and vacancy in the GRGSMS.
• I involved in the recruitment process of the finding, attracting, hiring qualified candidates to fill job opening and ensuring the right person joins the GRGSMS effectively and efficiently.
• Maintained the Records of GRGSMS Minutes, Agenda, General Bodies meeting.
• Maintained the MBA students ERP details.
• Scheduling the Interview for MBA Candidates.
• Scheduling the meeting for the Director.
• Involved in the admission of the MBA Students till the selection process.
• Maintained the major records of the GRGSMS.
