• Follow up with Forwarders and CHA for freight bills & Checking freight bill as per Comparative sheet

• LC Shipment follow up LC documents from Shipper in Time Submit in Bank
• Delivery Order Follow up from Liner and Freight Forwarders on time
• Capex & Break Bulk Shipment follow up and Clear with EPCG Licence
• Maintaining Import Tracker end to end data. (MIS Report)
• Bills Submitting to finance with supporting documents and maintain Import Bills Data sheet and follow up vendor payments
