Facility Manager
- Managing portfolio of 32 Million AED TFM services of Khalifa port and Khalifa
Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD).
- Managing portfolio of 54 Million AED TFM services of Abu Dhabi ports
Headquarters, Zayed port, Mussafah port and western region ports.
Major Projects/Sites Handled
- Khalifa port & KIZAD, Abu Dhabi.
- Abu Dhabi ports Headquarters, Cruise terminal, Zayed port, Mussafah port,
Sir Baniyas island, Mirfa port, Sila port and Delma port.
Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operation, direction and supervision of 150 Nos staff involved in preventive and reactive maintenance works including soft service in facilities and equipment.
- Preparation P&L sheets and monthly accruals incoordination finance departments.
- Improving reliability and availability of equipment, through the implementation of Reliability Engineering principles, techniques and tools,
such as Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) and Root Cause Failure Analysis
(RCFA).
- Preparation and submission of Project Execution Plans, Risk Assessments and
Method Statements for Specialized systems with specialized tasks.
- Supervises all routine preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment continue to run without any breakdown or shutdown and to maintain operating efficiencies.
- Preparing and implementing the Predictive and Preventative Maintenance plans and procedures for all equipment and panels in facility.
- Ensure keeping, maintaining and updating a database of all historical data pertaining to equipment failures, assist in analyzing failure data and preparing reliability test report.
- Liaising with the MEP /Soft service contractors for specialized systems,
obtaining quotations, preparation of AMC contracts, preparing PPM schedules as per the user manuals or site recommendations; executing at site to ensure the healthiness and efficiencies of the equipment.
- Attending scheduled meetings with clients for day-to-day activities and ongoing activities in facility. Making decisions on pending issues to resolve the problems.
- Preparing Monthly, Quarterly progress reports related with facility and submission to clients.
