- Safety at Excavation, Installation Working at Height, etc
- Workplace monitoring and regular inspection of ongoing construction activites, mechanical jobs
- Hazard Identification
- Promote Safety Culture by Safely Promotion activities
- Making daily routine Inspection at work site
- Maintaining a record of all Safety Meetings, Injuries, Property Damages, Accidents and Fire
- Arranging necessary safety precaution before starting any Job
- Imparting general and job Specific training to Workers
- Inspecting of all PPE on monthly basis
- Ensuring the maintenance for fire hydrant pump rooms and conducting the test trials at regular intervals
- Responsible for safety inspection regarding the Lift ARD, MCP, Flow switch, CO sensor, Escalator, Smoke detector, Heat detector, Multi detector, Fire alarm panel & gas panel
- Ensure the Fire & Safety standard inside the building premises with the reference of NBC, NFPA & IS Standards
- Training to be conducted regarding HSE to Security team, Technical team in weekly basis
- To maintain the Fire & Safety assets in a daily basis, if anything fails to perform, PO should be raised & get clear
- Mass Evacuation drill to be conducted in every 6 months once
- Training should be conducted to Firemen in every shift regarding Fire & Safety, HSE
- Fire & Medical drill to conducted on every week
- All the work carried out by the Fire & Safety team should be recorded in the MS office & Hard copies
