I began my career as a Software Developer, where I cultivated a strong coding background and developed a passion for technology. My journey took a significant turn when I joined Makebot Pvt Ltd, an innovative edtech company, as a Curriculum Developer. In this role, I have had the unique opportunity to create coding technical content while also managing a talented team.

My experience at Makebot has allowed me to blend my technical expertise with my passion for education, designing curricula that not only engage learners but also equip them with essential coding skills for the future. I enjoy fostering a collaborative environment and guiding my team to achieve project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

For the past two years, I have been thriving at RFL Academy, where I oversee the coding department. In this role, I initially focused on content development, but I have since taken on greater responsibilities, including establishing and managing delivery guidelines. My work involves training teachers and coaches, addressing their queries, managing the coaching staff, conducting demos for clients, and customizing content to meet specific needs.

This experience has enriched my skills in both curriculum development and team management, and I enjoy contributing to the growth of educators and learners alike.
