Provided end-to-end production and UAT support for the Yes Tax Pay application in the banking domain, handling incidents, deployments, and production maintenance.

• Provide end-to-end production and UAT support for the Yes Tax Pay application, ensuring uninterrupted tax transaction processing
• Handle P1–P4 incidents, service requests, and change requests using the Service Manager ticketing tool, maintaining SLA compliance and timely resolution
• Perform manual deployments and assist in UCD (UrbanCode Deploy)-based application releases for UAT and production environments
• Validate pre-requisites and coordinate with DBA, Linux, Middleware, Change, DevOps, Security, and Network teams for deployment readiness
• Execute and verify SQL and PL/SQL queries during post-deployment validation and issue resolution
• Perform sanity checks and post-deployment validation to ensure application functionality and data integrity
• Conduct WebLogic server restarts, monitor JVM performance, and handle WAR/EAR file deployments
• Utilize CyberArk for secure credential management and controlled production access
• Perform application housekeeping, log analysis, and daily health checks on Linux servers
• Write and execute basic shell scripts for automation, report generation, and scheduled housekeeping tasks
• Validate and deploy updated application scripts while ensuring backward compatibility
• Manage port opening requests, configuration changes, and connectivity checks for new modules or enhancements
• Participate in DB patching, OS upgrades, DR drills, and ensure all change checklists are completed
• Track and close application vulnerabilities (AppSec/VA points) in coordination with InfoSec, SOC, and Load Balancer teams
• Generate and share daily/ad-hoc reports using shell scripting and SQL queries for stakeholders and audit purposes
• Extend support during critical production movement windows, go-live activities, and rotational shifts
• Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolution and smooth change implementation
• Regularly update and close tickets within SLA, providing detailed RCA and action summaries
