I’m a UX Researcher with over 6 years of experience uncovering human behavior and translating insights into product impact. With a foundation in Cognitive Science and HCI, I bridge psychology, design, and data to create meaningful user experiences.
Mixed-methods UX Researcher with 6 years of experience leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research across fintech, crypto, and applied cognitive science domains. At PayPal, you led the global Checkout Experience Measurement program—building unified frameworks, running large-scale surveys, performing advanced statistical analysis (correlation, ANOVA, significance testing), and delivering insights that improved conversion and user satisfaction. At Lemonn | CoinSwitch, you drove foundational, generative, evaluative, and market research independently, partnering closely with CEOs, business heads, PMs, and designers to influence roadmap and design decisions.
Earlier, at the Centre for Creative Cognition, you led research for Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) development, running behavioral experiments, usability studies, eye-tracking analyses, and complex statistical modeling. Known for turning data into actionable insights, aligning stakeholders, and championing user-centric, evidence-based decision-making.
You hold a Master of Science in Cognitive Science from the Centre for Behavioural and Cognitive Science (CBCS), where you conducted empirical research on perception, prediction, and attention—building strong foundations in experimental design, statistical analysis, and human behavior. Prior to that, you completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering, equipping you with technical fluency and analytical skills that strengthen your approach to UX research, data analysis, and human–technology interaction.
