- Responsible for maintaining the Safety Stock Levels and MRP groupings for various SKU's for Business
- Drive the Basics Right Initiative to ensure the various Material Planning parameters are correct in the ERP'
- Leading process Inventory Optimization projects across the various locations
- Developed an Inventory Reclassification Tool, which helps in deciding the optimum Safety Stock, which helps in Optimization of Inventory
- Monitor the Delivery Performance of the Various SKU's and make necessary changes to the Safety Stocks to maintain the Fill Rates
