• At the HP-NTU Digital Manufacturing Corporate Lab, worked on material development and microfluidic-device manufacturing for MJF additive manufacturing, with emphasis on process/material performance (Apr 2019–Oct 2023).
• Developed hybrid additive/direct-write manufacturing approaches for UAV components, including safety cages, fuselage structures and conductive-trace integration (Apr 2018–Apr 2019).
• Designed and implemented manufacturing/test infrastructure for composite risers, including a burst/collapse test rig and an in-house test facility; integrated strain sensors, FBG and acoustic-emission monitoring.
• Performed structured experimental investigations of defects, fracture and failure behaviour using FESEM, mechanical testing, acoustic emission and FEA/ABAQUS correlation.
• Worked across materials, process, design, testing and sensing disciplines, translating experimental findings into process/design recommendations and technical reports.

• Supported manufacturing and prototyping programmes for composite risers and advanced composite structures, including fabrication, equipment/test-rig development, instrumentation and validation.
• Hands-on experience with filament-wound hybrid riser test setup, manufacturing-related process work, mechanical testing and process/failure characterization.

Graduate Engineering Trainee at Krishna Gravure Pvt. Ltd. (2004-07 – 2005-06)

• Industrial exposure in printing and packaging manufacturing, including electronic printing roller and engraved-cylinder operations.
