Following this, I seized the opportunity to lead digital marketing efforts for the Tamil Nadu Cluster, overseeing operations in Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Trichy, and Chennai. In this capacity, I spearheaded hyper-local advertising initiatives, conducted event marketing, and executed lead generation campaigns for B2B orders.
Subsequently, I transitioned to the role of Retention Marketing Leader at Decathlon's headquarters in Bangalore, focusing on the Decathlon Play project. Here, my duties entail campaign management and retention marketing. Notably, I orchestrated the rebranding campaign for Decathlon Play, previously known as "All for Sports," and successfully executed marketing initiatives alongside store opening campaigns for Decathlon Sports India.
