Experienced in managing both green-field and brown-field projects & meeting project objectives i.e. within approved CAPEX, Scope, Schedule including compliance with safety and quality objectives.
Well versed with major phases, activities and milestones of entire lifecycle of projects i.e. starting from Project development phase, Planning, Execution phase, C&SU of the facility till handover/ closeout. Good understanding on (i) Development of LSTK Tender Scope document, Bidding process and (ii) Project planning, execution strategy, project procedures & specifications, Stakeholder management, Mgmt of Change, Interface management, Risk Management, (iii) Execution (iv) Monitoring/ controlling during all phases, Progress reviews & reporting w.r.t. baselines and constant grip on critical path activities.
