Well versed with major phases, activities and milestones of entire lifecycle of projects i.e. starting from Project development phase, Planning, Execution phase, C&SU of the facility till handover/ closeout. Good understanding on (i) Development of LSTK Tender Scope document, Bidding process and (ii) Project planning, execution strategy, project procedures & specifications, Stakeholder management, Mgmt of Change, Interface management, Risk Management, (iii) Execution (iv) Monitoring/ controlling during all phases, Progress reviews & reporting w.r.t. baselines and constant grip on critical path activities.
