ULF is an Appian application that calculates ULF and Flex fees for monthly and Quarterly clients. It has new features like Tier pricing, Pro rata, and Company contact to calculate the fees accurately, generate Invoices and provide Invoices to Clients. This application tracks unused line fees imposed to clients based on the unutilized amount left after each quarter/month.

Invoices will be sent through emails. Users are also allowed to view and download invoices for the imposed fee. Reporting module that highlights any discrepancies or exceptions in the fee missing account, and client contact.

A comprehensive audit trail that records all user interactions, changes, and activities within the system. A BPM solution to automate this ability to calculate fees based on predefined rules, rates, and formulas.

The goal of RMS is to create a unified system across operations that streamlines the work process with key objectives including replacing the Remedy platform to improve robustness; simplifying the task classification system for ease of use; structuring task data to streamline processing; guiding help and checklist to improve accuracy; and automation to enable a higher degree of straight-through processing. The goal of this project is to replace the Remedy tool with an Appian application. This application is used to track all the cases submitted for different business lines, product types and request types.

The requests will be routed to various business groups based on team code assignment and will close after implementation. This application has been integrated with various systems for data retrieval and document management.
