Executive Assistant role, Sales Strategy, MIS, Strategic Planning
Strategic planning (GTM), monitor target vs. achievements, Inventory analysis, Sales flow, Site experience & Logistics planning during various launches / Campaigns.
Meetings with Investors, Channel Partners and other external partners on behalf of CSO along with preparing MOMs during all the meetings & monitor, follow up & assign the tasks to the various departments.
Hands on experience in managing the ERP, SFDC & SAP & analyses from the same & present the same present the same to the management.
Ensure that compliance / process is met within all the company’s systems and procedures.
Keep confidential records of corporate documents & various reports.
Monthly incentives audits of various departments. Audits of all CP & marketing department invoices & also signing authority on the same. Other audits which include conflict cases, credit notes to customers, referrals bookings audit. Calendar management.
