Vivek Kumar

I am part of the second year at Chandigarh University, studying Computer Science, while also being passionate about technology in full-stack development, testing and user-centric design. I have worked on several projects and gained certificates in Python, HTML and AI.

I am good at developing simple and effective ways to protect data, in addition to being team-oriented. I have managed frontend design at national hackathons and written research on using AI for attendance and caring for Earth’s orbit.

Because I know Python, C++, HTML/CSS and use tools like VS Code, Figma and MySQL, I am ready to put my skills to work by resolving testing, monitoring and system performance concerns.

In college, I’ve gained experience in full-stack development and problem-solving by completing assignments and participating in national hackathons. I created a File Encryption and Decryption System using Python and also built one using Flask, HTML and CSS on a Summer Learning Platform. Additionally, at HackOut (IIT Kharagpur), I organized UI design for a team that created a web page for controlling plastic waste in a short time.

I am producing research on AI-based attendance software and how algae could be used in colonizing Mars. They show that I am capable of teamwork, can implement technical skills effectively and can quickly get used to new tasks.

As of my third semester, I am following a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Chandigarh University and my CGPA is 7.94. I have learned fundamentals of programming, web development and problem-solving through my studies and assignments. Earlier, I passed Senior Secondary in Science with an 84% score at Oxford Public School, Ranchi and obtained 92% in Matriculation.
