• Clearing Alarms issues like DLQ, ULQ
• Coordinate survey of BTS site with customer representative for checking RFE status of site. Co-ordination with concerned vendors (Utility/Fibre/Electrical/telecom/civil). If it is ok then prepare Material Request (MRF), get approved from customer, send it to warehouse, kitting the material, dispatch at site location
• Coordinating with various teams for sites integration & E1 provisioning
• Coordination of planned interventions on the operational network, ensuring they are all carried out in a controlled timely manner with minimum service downtime. Generation /updating / closure of Change requests
• Coordination with teams for Installation of BTS and Commissioning
• Coordination& preparation of RFI sites Rollout of reliance shared site for 4G project
• Doing TRX additions and deletion as on priority basis
• E1 routing, Patching &making cross connection in transmission equipment through own or shared Perform Acceptance Test Process (ATP) by monitoring and inspecting site and Telecom installation work progress and verifying that the implementation is done according to Customer specifications, Quality standards & guidelines, Health & Safety standards
• Fault Management Of network issues on the basis of Fault Tickets (FT) & Trouble Tickets (TT) and processing them towards resolution with the help of different departments in NOC and outside, as well as tools such as Clarity OSS, Putty, NMS etc. for 4G radio nodes
• Faulty hardware replacing on daily basis
• Handling the Preventive Maintenance check list of sites
