- Working on powertrain durability from Concept phase to pre-launch phase with support in design validation.
- Powertrain level Finite Element Analysis for global Stellantis Engine Programs by using Virtual Engineering (CAE) Tools like Hypermesh, Simlab, Abaqus, Femfat etc.
- Durability and Sealing Analysis of Powertrain and its associated subsystems for meeting targets.
- Support DFSS Studies for Engine components.
- Test correlation, design solutions, recommendations for Field/Test issues
- New methodology development and documenting it.
- Closely work with Onsite Design Team, Onsite Lab, testing teams & Offshore CAE Team to resolve Test/Field Issues & support powertrain development within assigned time.
- Root cause analysis of parts not meeting durability targets, give design solutions, optimization, recommendations.
- Reviewing Final results with technical team & finalizing the designs & release of components

Structural mechanics engineer accountable for finite element analysis of engine components, subassemblies and structures.
- Structural strength and durability calculations.
- Sealing analysis of engine components.
- LCF and HCF analysis for Power train components.
