Test correlation, design solutions, recommendations for Field/Test issues
New methodology development and documenting it.
Closely work with Onsite Design Team, Onsite Lab, testing teams & Offshore CAE Team to resolve Test/Field Issues & support powertrain development within assigned time.
Root cause analysis of parts not meeting durability targets, give design solutions, optimization, recommendations.
Reviewing Final results with technical team & finalizing the designs & release of components
