Project/Execution/Planning/Capex/Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning responsibilities including project scheduling, detail engineering, resource planning, and contractor coordination.
- Involved project's schedule preparations pre-planning, Detail Engineering and resource as well as dealing with the consultants, Contractors for the executions so as to complete the project within deadline
- Preparation of Technical specification & MDS for Equipment & Package items
- Preparing & Reviewing RFQ documents like MDS, ITP & others
- Prepare TBA (Technical bid Analysis)
- Ensuring Material delivery as per agreed specification during RFQ
- Co-coordinating for stage wise Inspection with TPI & vendors
- Providing inputs in detail engineering in terms of specification & design
- Prepare the project scope of work for all Capex Projects
- Prepare the cost estimate for the equipment, packages, Piping and construction
- Project Engineering coordination – in-house or through consultants
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report
- Review engineering deliverables for completeness
- Coordinate & collaborate with other disciplines for engineering integration
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Maintaining, Updating and monitoring the per-commissioning and commissioning records
- Commissioning of utilities such as instrument air, nitrogen, steam, cooling water
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate with Contractor & TPI's to get the work done as per specification
- Ensure adherence to the strict norms of HSE / Quality compliances by execution team during Project execution
- Review of Risk/Hazards for different Activities
- Review the site requirement and work completion details with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets project standard
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Responsible for Piping Fabrication /Erection/Mechanical Clearance/Commissioning and Equipment Erection (Static & Rotary)
- Ensure regular safety training at site for employees, contractors and visitors, including Behavior-based Safety Programs
- Co-ordinate with contractors and operations team to close all punch points and comply with user requirements
- Ensuring implementation/compliance of all PSSR recommendation
- Support final commissioning led by OPS team
- Lead the on-site coordination with suppliers, consultants & OPS for imparting training for relevant Equipment and packaged systems
