- Conduct in-process inspections and final quality inspections including PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection)
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications
- Identify defects related to profile, hardware, alignment, sealing, glass fitting, and finishing, and ensure timely rectification
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
- Coordinate with production, assembly, dispatch, and site teams for quality improvements
- Approve quality clearance for dispatch after compliance verification
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and PDI records
- Train and guide junior quality staff and inspectors on quality procedures and standards
- Monitor continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints
- Support audits, internal quality reviews, and standardization processes
