Radiographer with 20 + years of experience in radiology.
Implementing radiation protection and quality control in the workplace. Be involved in supervising and teaching of student Radiographers including visiting staffs to the department. Maintain professional standards in competence, appearance, manner and Punctuality adherence to departmental protocol and quality standards.
Perform and participate in radiographic procedures on a rotational basis, throughout the radiology department. To deliver a high quality of diagnostic imaging to all service users, ensuring clinical safety and facilitating a high standard of patient care. Comply with the Ionizing Radiation Regulations and local rules regarding radiation safety.
Actively participate in clinical audit and services promoted in line with the local and national healthcare agenda. Maintain a proactive awareness’ of current trends and thinking in all professional matters, especially areas concerning CT, CR. DR Ensure that privacy and confidentiality of the patients maintained all times.
Contribute to the in-service training programmed for Radiographic Staff in Cross-Sectional Training. Working together as a team with seniors and in charges, covering on-call duties. Computer /Digital radiogrpahy .Fluroscophy.C-arm.
Portable/Mobile .Computer Tomogrpahy.
