As an experienced professional, I’ve conducted technical as well as functional training for beginners to experts and contributed to the development of new training programs.
Familiar with ALP (adult learning principles), experiential & cognitive learning and possesses a flair in some of the prominent training methodologies. I’m experienced in the aspects of training function like delivering training for technical topics as well as IT-products through mediums like classroom and virtual. I’m also experienced in content production through tools like Camtasia and Adobe captivate. I’ve also handled and administered LMS’s like Docebo, SkillJar and WorkRamp.
Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy for individual contributors and people managers in a multinational organization. Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership and managers to define business issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions. Effective communication, listening, and interpersonal skills and ability to form relationships and work collaboratively with all levels.
