Managing the product development cycle from design handover to final sample approval for international brands. Coordinating with design teams, vendors and internal departments to ensure timely execution of sample. Preparing and maintaining BOM and Poms using ERP system.
Responsible for lab dip follow-ups, strike-off approvals and color matching for seasonal collections. Reviewing tech packs and providing input on feasibility, fabric suitability and construction techniques. Monitoring development timeline, tracking progress and ensuring all deliverables meet buyer standards.
