I am a software engineer driven by a deep curiosity for how complex systems work, whether in computing or in nature. My primary focus lies in computer science, where I have built scalable backend systems, worked across distributed architectures, and explored multiple programming paradigms. At the same time, I maintain a strong intellectual interest in biology, chemistry, and physics, viewing them not as separate disciplines but as interconnected frameworks for understanding the world.

This multidisciplinary inclination is inspired by figures like Leonardo da Vinci, who approached knowledge without rigid boundaries. In a similar spirit, I enjoy drawing parallels between domains, for intsance, thinking about distributed systems in terms of biological networks or applying principles of physics to reason about efficiency and optimization. This perspective allows me to approach engineering problems with both analytical rigor and creative flexibility.

I am particularly interested in building systems that are not only technically robust but also conceptually elegant, reflecting a blend of engineering precision and scientific curiosity.

Software Development Engineer I at Signzy (2025-05 – 2025-12)

• Contributed to a government-grade KYC product built in partnership with the UAE Government and the ICP organisation, handling identity verification workflows at scale.
• Designed and developed backend APIs across Go, Python, JavaScript, and Rust within a polyglot microservices architecture — adapting tooling to the problem rather than a single stack.
• Built a Go microservice for asynchronous image watermarking via Kafka and OpenCV, achieving 80% faster certificate generation compared to the prior synchronous approach.
• Engineered data migration scripts with checkpointing, failure recovery, and integrity validation to guarantee zero data loss during critical system transitions.
• Developed backend for an internal bug and incident ticketing system (Jira-style) using Go REST APIs; integrated SMTP-driven email alerting for automated operational notifications.

Backend SDE Intern at Wealthy (2024-08 – 2025-02)

• Built a Go microservice for payment workflow orchestration using the Gin framework; implemented high-throughput concurrency with buffered/unbuffered channels to optimise real-time financial calculations.
• Integrated Google and GitHub OAuth 2.0 (goth library) and implemented JWT auth with access/refresh token rotation and HTTP-only cookies for secure session management.
• Worked in the insurance division: built a Django-based insurance microservice and modified core business-logic algorithms to align with evolving regulatory compliance requirements.

Software Engineer at HCL Technologies (2022-12 – 2023-08)

• Built a React.js web application for client Stanley Black & Decker enabling employees to request access roles via SAP Remote Function Calls (RFCs), reducing manual IT support overhead.
• Coordinated across development and stakeholder teams to streamline escalation and feedback pipelines.
