Recrafted strategies for controlling/optimizing capital and operational expenditure and steered EPC project execution by bringing about enhancements in terms of overall project management, project planning & control, contracts management, risk mitigation, change order settlements etc.
Successfully achieved reduction in overrun of expenditures and complete execution of major water treatment projects (RWTP, RODM, CPU, ETP & STP) in fertilizer complex of RFCL under EPC mode of execution involving multiple stake holders like detailed engineering contractors, manufacturers, material suppliers, and multi-discipline contractors at project site.
