• Proper documentation, receiving and proper storage of all inward material in the Store.
• Keeping proper track and analysis of spare parts inventory, consumptions
• Maintaining stock of raw material, packing material, related of machine spares parts.
• Intimating reporting officer regarding shortage of the material in advance
• Verify all the material received in the store with bill and Po, and submit the raw material and packing materials sample for testing in the quality dept.
• Ensuring timely receipt of the material.
• Preparation daily GRN in ERP and tally.
• Daily entry of issue slips in ERP, tally & Exile sheet
• Maintain day to day stock report for purchase and issue material.
• Checking with bill in purchase orders.
• Identification of all material in store.
• To ensure safe keeping both as to quality & quantity of material.
• Maintain minimum stock in store for all raw material & consumable material.
• Maintain the FIFO system in store.
• Ensure the store area is kept clean and tidy and free from hazards.
• Proper material loading and unloading in store department.
• At Monthly physical stock Verify
