1.5-year practical Safety experience + construction/project exposure + HIRA/JSA/PTW/TBT + critical activity monitoring. Hands-on experience in monitoring high-risk activities including Work at Height, Hot Work, Lifting, Scaffolding, Electrical Safety, and PTW. Skilled in site inspections, hazard identification, PPE compliance, Toolbox Talks, emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and CAPA follow-up, contributing to Zero Harm objectives.
- Conduct daily equipment inspection and checklist updates
- Ensure operator Authorization and PPE compliance.
- Identify unsafe act (speeding, overloading, reversing without signal).
- Record and report defects for rectification.
- Verify isolation and lockout before work.
- Use isolation tools and test equipment safety.
- Recognize unsafe wiring, damaged cables and report immediately.
- Inspects slings, shackles, hooks before use.
- Guid the lifting crew and maintain the exclusion zone.
- Apply correct hand signals and verify rigging plan.
- Record lifting checklist and report abnormalities.
- Secure area before hot work and ensure firefighting equipment availability.
- Check hoses, flashback arrestors, and equipment condition.
- Maintain fire Watch post work completion.
- Participate in mock drills and emergency response.
- Verify permits and ensure barricading.
- Monitor gas test results and ventilation.
- Supervisor access/egress and standly personnel.
- Record daily inspection and report unsafe condition.
- Ensure scaffolds are tagged and inspected.
- Check harness anchorage and fitment.
- Supervise proper use of ladder and access.
- Stop unsafe height work and escalate immediately.
- Prepare and review work permit documentation.
- Participate in workplace inspections and corrective action follow-ups.
- Indentify unsafe conditions and initiate immediate control.
- Enforce waste segregation and housekeeping standards.
- Record air/noise readings or observation.
- Support environmental audit and reporting.
- Guide workers on eco-friendly practice and resources saving.
- Report incidents promptly with accurate details.
- Assist in sence preservation and fact gathering.
- Participate in the investigation and identify unsafe act.
- Ensure CAPA is implemented and communicated.
- Maintain required EHS registers (first aid, PPE, fire, incidents, etc.).
- Support safety audits and produce compliance evidence.
- Ensure documents are up to date and accessible.
- Communicate legal requirements during toolbox meeting.
