- Preparing monthly outsourcing forecast plan programs
- Cost estimation and commercial negotiation with vendors
- Review and train up the down line team for effective followups and deliveries
- Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc
- Give inputs on price trends in various raw material groups
- Ensure quality of incoming inputs/ raw materials and etc
