BCOM graduate having 10 years of experience in Logistics, Freight billing, order processing and MIS.
Preparing the quotations (using SAP/CRM) for the enquires generated from the customer/field sales engineer.
Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list, clarifying unclear items, recommending alternatives.
Ensure 100% compliance on given check list for Quotation & Order processing.
Preparing and issuing order acknowledgement to customers, inventory control, order processing, PO processing - SAP ERP.
Coordinating with internal order mngmt team to place the order to factory and follow-up until receive the shipment to stores.
Co-ordinating internally with stores & Logistics for the product delivery to customers.
Co-ordinating with finance team for advance payment & to understand the credit limit of the customer.
Maintain stock status, order status, open quotation status, credit block status and tracking partial dispatch material.
Manages goods and services claims and escalation point for customer queries.
