Overall Experience: 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 3 years in ETL Testing and 1.8 years in ETL Developer , Design, Analysis, and Implementation of Data Warehousing solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
ETL Testing & Development: Strong experience in ETL processes, data validation, and data integration workflows. Involved in understanding business rules from high-level documentation and implementing complex data transformation methodologies.
Database Skills: Proficient in developing and executing SQL queries for data validation and analysis in Oracle and other relational databases.
Data Quality & Validation:
Verified data in target databases post-ETL load to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Used SQL extensively for validating source-to-target data transformation.
Tracked and handled Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs).
Defect Management:
Identified data discrepancies and logged defects using JIRA.
Collaborated with development teams to resolve issues and performed revalidation before closure.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands for job monitoring and file handling.
Experience with ETL DevOps tools and methodologies.
