Senior operator responsible for managing flexographic printing operations on multi-colour 8-color in-line flexographic printing machines with UV lamp and air drying systems.
- Day to Day production activities
- Analysis of production & quality on day to day basis with involving
- Analysis of down time & reduced down time by providing required spares
- Wastage Analysis and find out root cause & corrective action to sort out them at earliest
- Involvement in machine maintenance activities
- Keeping records for spares and maintaining them to avoid any major down time
- Day to day raw material checking
- Knowledge of all processes to handle the any process problem
- Training to juniors for trouble shooting of process
- Manpower handling
- Man power handling as per requirement of machine
- Raw material will be issued from store department of production plan
- Balance material return to store dept. with proper material slip with weight on daily basis
- Reporting to Production Manager & discussion on daily activity of Production
- Having full responsibility for printing machines
- Facing all type of problems in running printing m/c
- Maintenance which is required done by discussing with manager
- Job analysis facing problem take care for next run and reduce wastage percentage
- To maintain hygiene, cleaning and house keeping
- Target achievement as per requirement
- Maintenance which required done if not solve discuss with Preventive Maintenance Schedule
