Currently, I am associated with Arthan Finance, NBFC Fintech in Mumbai; a 100 Crore+ AUM holding 3+ year old Tech-Startup where I am engaged in Investor Relations and Account Manager. I have been managing 18+ odd lenders and a portfolio of 125+ Crores in borrowing, managing the cashflows and the daily fund requirements for the effective disbursements and collections for the daily liquidity. in addition to this, my role allows me to extend my arms to manage the NPA and provisioning monthly/quarterly/annually. Furthermore, my routine task also includes Fundraising, Compliance, and managing the financial covenants both positive and negative with the CS and Legal team; gain more expertise and be experienced working directly under the CEO and ED has been to additional advantage in having a bird's eye view over the organization and the daily interrelated functionalities between the departments hence managing the branch channel and digital lending products and their profitability.
In addition, I have been analyzing the profitability of the business partners, branches, and product profitability monthly thus setting targets for the upcoming periods.

I have completed my MBA from XIMB Bhubaneswar, with specializations in Finance. At XIMB, I have been the winner of the AgIntel Campus Engagement program 2021 bagging the 3rd position in the pan India competition representing my college. Also worked with SETU Abhiyan; an NGO in Bhuj, Gujrat under the guidance of the Director and regional coordinators analyzed the work done by several companies; helping them convert giant companies' projects CSR for Adani Foundation, Welspun Group of Industries, Lakme Lever HUL, Bunge Pvt Ltd, and a few more.
