SENIOR QUALITY ANALYST at CATERPILLAR INDIA PVT LTD (2022-05 – Present)

• Addressing the quality complaints to Supplier to drive the interim and permanent corrective action.
• Actively participates in the troubleshooting and correction of all product/project issues discovered during testing, providing documentation and feedback on these issues to the appropriate internal organizations.
