ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discover bugs within software.
- Identify the potential problems that users may encounter.
- Tracking bugs with the help of the development team until it is resolved.
- Manage the status of defects/enhancements in the change management system and provide updates to the team on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with other team members and vendor to accomplish testing goals.
- Participate in meetings wit the IT teams to discuss testing updates.
- Prepared page documents explaining the functionality of each module in the system and the effect of new functionality on the existing system.
