- Review, maintain error reports
- Send formal communication to employees via E-mails or E-Announcements.
- Create Invoices for the insured’s reimbursement Claims and release Checks.
- Authenticate and cross verify the expenses incurred by insured.
- Check the Billing statements received from the Insured.
- Quaer for new hires.
- Give constructive feedback to the new hire
- Budding up with the new joiners & assist them to carry out error free Process Operation
- Part of Process T-Cons
- Discuss Team issues regarding CTQ
