My Juniorship Experience In Litigation :-
In my internship period I had handled cases like: -
Argued for several writ petitions at admission stage,
Handled 3 cases regarding SARFAESI matter, and 2 Service matters respectively.
Handled Final arguments and all the orders were passed in favour of the firm’s client by Honourable High court bench at indore.
Assisted in preparing due diligence report of Indus bank.
Assisted in research work for corporate tribunal cases and consumer forum cases.
