I am an Assistant Manager – Logistics & Export Documentation with experience in international trade, project cargo logistics, export documentation, LC documentation, customs compliance, freight coordination, and shipment execution.

I handle end-to-end export operations, including shipping documentation, Letters of Credit (LC), bank negotiations, freight management, BOQ preparation, packing list and invoice verification, vendor coordination, inspection arrangements, and shipment tracking. I also manage export records, E-BRC follow-ups, payment tracking, and coordination with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and government authorities.

Currently, I am focused on enhancing my skills in supply chain analytics, AI applications in logistics, and Power BI to drive better decision-making and operational efficiency.

Assistant Manager – Logistics & Export Operations

Managing end-to-end export shipments, including project cargo and containerized shipments.

Preparing and reviewing export documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.

Handling Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, bank negotiations, discrepancy management, and coordination with banks for document submission and payment realization.

Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, inspection agencies, and overseas clients for smooth shipment execution.

Preparing BOQs, verifying packing lists against invoices, and ensuring compliance with customer and country-specific requirements.

Managing E-BRC follow-ups, export records, shipment tracking, and export compliance activities.

Coordinating third-party inspections and arranging required certificates as per client and destination country requirements.

Monitoring vendor payments, freight budgets, and shipment-related costs.

Handling documentation and logistics activities for group/sister companies.

Maintaining shipment trackers, order sheets, export MIS reports, and project status reports.

Managing project cargo shipments to destinations including Libya, Iraq, Algeria, and other international markets.

Coordinating with customers regarding shipment schedules, LC amendments, inspection requirements, and document approvals.
